Term 1 Week 2

The children have continued to settle in brilliantly during their first full week back, showing great enthusiasm across all subjects. Our Year 3 and Year 4 maths groups have started smoothly, with pupils engaging confidently in their new learning routines. In History, we’ve launched our exciting enquiry: How did the Anglo-Saxons and Vikings shape Britain? The children are already showing a real interest in exploring the past. In Science, we’re investigating insects and their unique characteristics, sparking lots of curiosity and discussion. We’ve also begun reading our class book Beowulf in English, which the children are thoroughly enjoying.
