Term 2 Week 2

We’ve had a busy week!

This week it has been anti-bullying week as well as children in need. We have loved seeing all of your odd socks and Pudsey related outfits!
Term 2 Week 2

For anti-bullying week, we learnt about what bullying is and understood that we are all different and that’s what makes us special. We also designed our own odd socks.

For our guided reading lessons this week, we read a chapter from the book ‘Greta’s Story’. This is all about the climate activist Greta Thunberg, we enjoyed discussing this topic and what we do as an Eco School to help the environment.
Term 2 Week 2

As scientists we learnt about sound waves and how they travel through different states of matter. We did an experiment where we had a drum with rice on the skin to show the difference in vibrations for quieter or louder sounds.
