Term 2 Week 5

We’ve had a wonderfully busy and productive week!

As scientists, we explored the fascinating world of magnets—discovering how they work and learning practical ways to use them. We even created our own working compasses using a magnet, a compass template, and a tray of water.

As writers, we studied an example of the short story we’ll be writing next week. Together, we identified key features to include in our own writing and discussed what makes a story engaging and effective.

As artists, we learned about the renowned sculptor Henry Moore. We examined his work closely and shared our thoughts and opinions, sparking some great conversations about art and creativity.
