Term 2 Week 7

Merry Christmas!

Thank you for all of the hard work and collaboration these past two terms. We have loved watching your children grow and learn.

This week in English we learnt about imperative verbs ready to write some instructions. We created wool wreaths so we understood how to make them before writing some instructions.

On Wednesday, it was our Christmas dinner and jumper day. We had a lovely time eating and feeling festive!

On Thursday we had our year group party filled with lots of games followed by some yummy food.

Whilst finishing off our learning, we’ve been able to make some Christmas crafts and cards. We hope you like them at home.

As artists we used our knowledge of line and shapes to create christmas cards. We also looked at a colour wheel and used contrasting colours to finish our cards.
