Term 4 – Week 4
What have Y3/4 been doing this week?
This week in science, we have been finding out about our teeth. We used mirrors to observe our teeth. Then we located and named our teeth and learned the function each one has. Lastly, we discussed the difference between baby/milk teeth and adult teeth using X-rays.
On Thursday we took part on the CLF Big Day of Maths
We had a go at a scavenger hunt and looked at some mathematically interesting images which we matched with a category.
As geographers, we have been asking questions about Russia. We researched and found out about the human and physical geography of the what is the largest country in the world. It occupies one-tenth of all the land on earth and spans 11 time zones across two continents. It has shores on three oceans.
Lastly, it was lovely to see so many parents this week for parents evening. It is always brilliant to be able to share all our learning with you all.
