Term 4 Week 6

We’ve had a wonderful final week of term! Thank you to all those who were able to join us for our end‑of‑unit ‘book look’. The children were so proud to share their learning from our enquiry, “Where is Our Place in Europe?”

In science, we explored the different types of teeth—incisors, canines, premolars and molars—and learned about the job each one does. Using mirrors, the children examined their own teeth (and each other’s!) to compare shapes and features. It was a very informative and engaging investigation.

As writers, we completed our final piece of the term by innovating a new final chapter for our class story, The Miraculous Journey of Edward Tulane. The children showed great creativity and effort in bringing their ideas to life.

A huge well done to all the children for their hard work this term. We wish everyone a happy and restful Easter break and look forward to welcoming you back next term!
