Term 6 week 3
What an exciting week!
In our maths lesson, we have continued learning about different angles and how we can identify them. We looked at acute, obtuse and right angles. We extended our learning to identify parallel and perpendicular lines.

As musicians we have practiced our glockenspiel skills in another music lesson.

As athletes we have continued to practice for our sports day which will take place on Thursday 26th June.

Over the next couple of weeks we will be learning about how our bodies change on the inside and outside in our PSHE lessons.
As writers we have taken all of our knowledge and planning for our myth stories to write our own this week. We have been really impressed with the quality of writing and the creativity the children have included.
As artists, we have practiced our collaging skills by creating a snake using different scraps of paper. Over the next few weeks we are going to create our own collage picture inspired by the artist Henri Rousseau.

If you have any materials at home that the children could use, we’d greatly appreciate you bringing it to school. Thank you!
