It’s been another busy week in year 3/4! This week in our PE lessons we have been concentrating on working with a partner to create large and small shapes as part of our dance lessons. We then moved on to make bridging shapes.

Following the success in Chandra class at making Tudor houses, Sputnik and Voyager are using the same DT skills of measuring, sawing and construction to make frames for our art work. It has been great using a new tool and developing our DT skills…

This week in year 3/4 we have been working on dividing 2 digits numbers by 2 digit number in our maths lessons. We have used 10s and 1s counters to help us visualise what is happening so we can deepen our understanding.

We finished the week by taking part in the RSPB’s ‘Big Garden Birdwatch’. We tried our best to stay quiet and watch to see which birds we could spot! Ask us what we saw…
