Supporting parents and carers
With more time spent together over the summer, it can be hard to talk about how we feel. We have activities, ideas, and conversation starters for parents to help make talking easier. Our three different Parent Helpline services are available every weekday throughout the summer to support those concerned about their child’s mental health and wellbeing.

Help your children reflect on various aspects of the year to remember those special moments with our end of school memory wheel, ideal for both primary and secondary school pupils. Share our blog with your children on five ways they could look after your mental health this summer.

Our learning mentors are available to support your children within school but can also support in other ways e.g. foodbank vouchers, uniform, filling out forms and signposting to other support that is available in our community.
