We’re excited to share all the wonderful things happening in PE this term! We have been enjoying PE across the school, developing our fundamental movement skills and physical literacy. Outside of PE lessons, we have been partaking in lots of active minutes, including running the world in our ‘Uphill Runs the World challenge!

Below is the ‘Feel Fab’ Happy Healthy Autumn Challenge. The ‘Feel Fab’ challenges aim to encourage children and families to be active and creative during school holidays, supporting wider wellbeing. Please click the link below to download the PDF.

See Miss Arnall for a certificate if you achieve ‘GOLD’ by completing 6 from the list!

Term 1

EYFS/Year 1

This term, EYFS and Year 1 children have been settling into school and having lots of fun in PE! Indoors, we’ve been exploring RealPE, focusing on the Personal Cog—which helps us think about how we try our best and celebrate what we can do. One of our favourite activities was going on a ‘bike adventure’ together!

Outside, EYFS have been busy building their gross motor skills by zooming around the track and climbing on the play equipment. It’s been brilliant to see their confidence grow as they move, balance, and explore!
