Term 2
Term 2
Term 2 we have had an action-packed term filled with lots of festive cheer and exercise!
Weston Hospice Care’s Elf Run
We took part in Weston Hospice’s Elf Run this term and raised an amazing £268.42! We put our Santa hats on and braved the cold a class at a time to complete a mile (or as close to) run around the school track. Thank you so much for your donations that the hospice were putting towards a Christmas day for all of the patients in their care.
Whole School Christmas Wake and Shake
We kicked off December with a whole-school Christmas Wake and Shake! The entire school gathered in the playground ready to move to some classic holiday tunes. The children (and staff!) showed off their best moves, following some fun and energetic dances!
This joyful start to the day was a great way to get everyone’s bodies warmed up and a wonderful opportunity to come together as a whole school.
