Term 1 Week 1

It’s lovely to have everyone back!

A great first week in Year 5/6.  The new Year 5s have settled really well into their new classes and been supported well by the new Year 6 children.

We have already started the split Year 5 and Year 6 maths groups which will run Monday to Thursday and children will be in their own classes on Fridays for an arithmetic lesson.

It was good to start our new enquiry, all about Ancient Egypt, and the children seen really excited to explore this period of history and become Egyptologists for a couple of terms!
