Term 1 Week 7

With so much going on this week, the children have done well to keep up and keep learning – particularly after such a long term.

We’ve had bikeability with the lots of the Year 6s this week and the instructors were really impressed with the attitude of all involved. Well done to all of them and happy, safe cycling!

Our librarians have been enjoying their new responsibility and have even started overseeing other children changing their books.  This is an important (and very useful) job.

As citizens, we discussed what we need to be able to learn and the children came up with great ideas, such as: a good night’s sleep, good food, the right equipment and few distractions.  We then talked about our individual responsibilities to make sure we, and others, can do our best learning.
