Term 3 Week 5

We’ve had another really busy week and the children have worked really hard.  The Year 6s have been finishing off some practice assessments and all three classes have been preparing for their presentation of learning next Thursday.  We look forward to seeing as many of you as can make it in the hall at 2:30 show the children can share some of their knowledge about Ancient Rome.

As computer scientists, we have been learning about variables in programming. We used Scratch to add variables to our own games.

As artists, we continued using stencils to print images.  This week we offset out repeating pattern.

As scientists, we explored how elements have only one type of atom and learned that the Periodic Table is a list of all the different elements that we know of.
