Week 2

This week, all three classes have jumped deeper into their learning in the Ancient Greece enquiry.  Having already explored the location and physical geography of Greece, we have now looked at when the Ancient Greek civilisation existed and learned when some key events happened during that period.

The children have been fascinated by the astronomy topic in science and loved exploring our solar system.  They were blown away by the sheer scale of objects and distances that exist in space.

The English and maths groups have been working well and we now only have one more week of revision to go before the Year 6s can put all of their hard work into practice.
