Term 6 Week 2

Year 5/6 have achieved lots this week.  The Year 6s have started to really get to grips with the production and the whole year group have managed another great piece of writing based on the book, ‘The Golden Cage’. This time, they had to write a letter of resignation as a servant before the princess had them beheaded.

As artists, we used shading with pastels and our enquiry about space to inspire some pastel pictures of planets.

As mathematicians, the Year 6s got a taste of secondary school and explored the functions on scientific calculators.
