Term Five Week 1

Welcome back to Term 5 and we have been super busy with our learning!

Y5 children have thoroughly enjoyed investigating different types of angles and have learnt how to use a protractor (which can be really challenging!) in order to measure angles and draw them accurately.

In PE lessons, we have been working as a team to practise our athletic and ball skills – everyone showed lots of  courage by joining in and working collaboratively.

It is wonderful when children get so inspired by their learning in school that they bring in something to show from home which links to it. Florence (Y5) did just that this week and brought in an Ancient Egyptian papyrus painting for us all to enjoy!

During music sessions, Y5 and Y6 have loved playing music on the glockenspiels and keeping in time with a backing track.
