Term Five Week 3

In the lead up to the King’s coronation this week, we have been continuing our SATs preparation and know that we are now well and truly ready to do our best next week.

As mathematicians, Y5 children have been reinforcing their knowledge of measures by taking their learning outdoors and converting metres into centimetres.

They also used smaller measures in the classroom to convert cm to mm.

Being responsible citizens is what we aim for in PSHE and this week we looked at how to keep ourselves self when using social media and what to do if something makes us feel uncomfortable and we know is inappropriate.
