Term Five Week 5

This week has certainly been busy and the Year 6s have shown fantastic determination and commitment in their SATs – well done to all of them!

As mathematicians, Y5 have enjoyed exploring 3D shapes and used a range of apparatus to investigate the properties of the shapes they created.

Many of our Y5 and Y6 girls take part in cricket training after school with Miss Arnall and Mrs Matthews. Take a look at them in action!

As geographers and as part of our enquiry on ‘Have we made the world a better place?’, we discussed the greenhouse effect and how it impacted on climate change. We drew a diagram and explained the process to our talk partners.
