It has been a packed four days in school this week for our Y5 and Y6 learners.

 

As readers, we have been grappling with a range of texts in our whole-class guided reading sessions during which we have discussed the meanings of unknown vocabulary. It is great to develop and enrich your breadth of words available to use effectively.

In PE, our focus is developing our hockey skills this term and it has been wonderful to get out in the sunshine and practise our ball skills.

As scientists, we researched information about our solar system and displayed our findings on a double A4 page spread.

Well done to all of our super Y6s who put themselves forward to be House or Vice House Captain.
