Term Six Week 6

As the temperatures have soared throughout the week, Y5/Y6 have risen to the challenge of performing their production ‘What a Knight!’ to the whole school as well as packed audiences on Tuesday and Wednesday evenings. They did an amazing job on stage and with the tech – we were extremely proud of them all!

As mathematicians,  the children explored co-ordinates and applied their knowledge to produce ancient Egyptian maps which pointed artefacts from that time in history.

Being linguists was the focus on Bastillle Day (Thursday 14th July), when we celebrated speaking different languages with our focus on French.  Take a look at children learning French as well as developing their understanding of French culture.
