Week 3
We have had a wonderful week in year 2!
As scientists we looked at how we identify solids, liquids and gases. We presented our knowledge by sorting different matter into solids, liquids and gases and then concluded by explaining how we knew.
As writers this week we have been enjoying writing about ‘The lighthouse keeper’s lunch’. We have been describing the characters and made an adjective slinky! We created our own story S to help us sequence the story, ready for some story writing next week.
As athletes, we have been practising our feet ball skills. We continued practising our dribbling with control from last week, with some extra challenges!
As artists, we looked at tone this week t create depth and shade. We had a go at creating different shades in different medium.
