Mrs Owen will cover PPA in Pluto every other Tuesday morning and every other Friday morning
Jupiter Class: Miss Ware (Class teacher)
Mrs Beal (teaching partner).
Mrs Haberfield will cover PPA in Jupiter on Wednesday afternoons.
It is our final week of Term 1 and what a fantastic term it has been. Thank you for all the hard work and support from our families, we have loved getting to know you all and we are really looking forward to the remainder of the year.
For PE this week Jupiter Class practiced their balancing skills using balloons. We had the challenge of balancing on one leg whilst working as a team, we all had lots of fun doing this.
As writers this week we have edited our reports of Weston-Super-Mare and written them up neatly in our books. It has been great to read what fantastic writers we have become already this term.
In art Year 2 have experimented with colours this week. We were able to create a colour wheel where we learnt if we mix 2 primary colours together we can make a new secondary colour.
As mathematicians we have been focusing on learning skills to make adding 2 numbers easier. It has been amazing to see how much Jupiter and Pluto class have grown with their maths skills over the last several weeks.
