Term 2 Week 2

We have had a busy week being citizens! 

This week in Year 2 we have loved getting involved in ‘Odd sock day’ as part of anti bullying week as well as wearing all things yellow and spotty for children in need. Our PSHE lessons have focused on these themes this week.

As computer scientists, we have continued to learn about different forms of information technology paying particular attention to devices that are able to take photos. We started by sorting device cards into 2 groups: those that can take photographs and those that can only display photographs. We then had great fun using the tablets to take selfies. We needed to think about which button positioned the photograph, which took the photograph and which deleted the photograph.
