Term 2 Week 7

It’s our last week!

Thank you for supporting our year 2’s over the last couple of terms. We want to wish you all the most magical Christmas and a Happy New Year! See you in 2023!!!

This week in year 2 we have been writing our instructions on how to wrap a Christmas present! Hopefully we have learnt lots and show you what we can do and wrap some presents at home.

As scientists we recapped everything we have learnt about space. In Jupiter Class we also had the opportunity to make some constellations using black paper and chalk.

In Maths we have continued with our learning of adding 2 digit numbers and 1 digit numbers together when it crosses 10. It has been lovely to see how much knowledge the children have.

We’ve also had our Christmas party this week and we loved seeing all of the amazing party clothes. We had fun playing games and eating lots of party food.
