Term 6 Week 2

What a busy week it has been! 

As scientists, we learned all about food chains. We learned what a food chain is and how scientists record and present these chains. We used stacking cups to show a food chain and presented our food chains to the class by showing who eats who. We found it fascinating that humans are part of food chains too! We will continue to learn more about food chains next week.

As athletes, we continued our training with Bristol Bears, this week we learned about team work and team passes to retain possession of the ball.

As artists, we continued to learn about colour and collage. This week we focused on colour. We linked our learning to our science topic of animals. We chose a bird as a focus point and created our own image using water colours. We needed to think about colour, how they contrast and how they blend.
