Term 6 Week 3

What have we been up to this week? 

As musicians, we have been thinking about musical imagery. We listened to a variety of pieces of music and used colours to draw whatever came into our heads. Some pieces of music made us feel calm and we noticed we used lots of blues and yellows and some pieces made us feel angry and we noticed we used blacks, reds and oranges. We had great fun!

As athletes, we have continued to be taught by Bristol Bears. This week, we started learning how to play the game as a team. We started by learning the skills required for a successful touch down and completed some relay races before starting a match.

As artists, we have continued our link to science and animals. This week we have been learning all about collage. We used tissue paper to create colourful birds.
