Term 6 Week 4

We are halfway through our final term!

As mathematicians, we have been using money to make amounts. We opened the Year 2 stationary shop and took it in turns to be a shop keeper and a shopper. The shopper needed to make sure that they had enough money to buy the item and the shop keeper needed to total the items up and provide the change.

As writers, we have been gathering facts about polar bears ready to complete non-chronological reports. We completed our own research and shared our findings.

As athletes, we loved taking part in Sport’s Day this week. Well done to all those children who won races and earned points for their houses. Great sportsmanship was also shown throughout!
