Term 6-Week 4
Another busy week in Year 2!
As writers we have been working so hard on our non chronological reports on Polar Bears. We learnt some fantastic facts last week and our reports are stunning.
As mathematicians, we have been continuing our learning on measure by looking at the capacity and volume. We have enjoyed measuring this, especially in this heat.
As geographers, we have been learning about habitats that are in danger. We have been using the skill to research to help us find more information.
As scientists, we have chosen one animal to learn more about and what habitats they thrive in and why. We have made a fact file on this animal.
As artists, we have been exploring making marks using different tools and playdough to help make different patterns.
As athletes, we have been using stretches and balancing to enhance our moves.
