We have been looking at properties of materials and describing them e.g. is plastic bendy? Why is it bendy?

In Phonics we have been learning sounds: er (rubber) and ear (touching ear)

Can you write the words to match the pictures. (attached)

In Maths the children will begin to develop their own ‘mental number line’, as well as the ability to understand which number is more than or less than another.

Can your child make a numberline with numbers 1-10 – what number is 1 more than 5? 1 less than 9?
