Term 1 Week 1

Welcome back!

We have loved connecting with all the children this week and experiencing lots of new learning as well as making new friends.

As writers, we have read and discussed the book ‘Elmer’ and what makes the elephant special. We created some artwork inspired by the book and wrote what makes us special. We have also practiced our capital and lowercase letters.

As mathematicians, we have consolidated our number formation and counting skills using a variety of resources.

We have spent a lot of time this week re-connecting with each other and making new friends with our foundation children whilst practising skills.
