Term 1 Week 2
What a great week we’ve had!
As writers, we have focused on our handwriting and finger spaces when building sentences. We used this knowledge to write some sentences about our class book ‘Elmer’.
As mathematicians, we have explored how to make numbers in different ways. We used different resources to help us with our understanding.
We have continued getting to know each other this week and building strong relationships. We look forward to having our foundation children joining us for full days next week.
On Friday’s OWLH’s assembly, we announced our 3 new Kindness Ambassadors for EYFS/Year 1. Congratulations! They will rewarding kindness in the playground at break and lunch times with house point tokens as well as being fantastic kindness role models!
