Week 6

What a busy week in EYFS/Year 1!

We had 4 wonderful performances of our nativity this week! We were so impressed with our speaking, acting and singing!

In phonics this week, Year 1 have been learning a new sound ‘u-e’ like in flute and cube. EYFS have learnt new sounds ar, or, ur and oo. They produced some amazing writing!

As citizens in PSHE we were exploring different ways of making new friends. We thought of some lovely ways to make people feel welcome and happy.

As designers this week, we finished our weaving project and used the finished baubles to create a Christmas card. We added some more details and they have turned out beautifully!
