We’ve had a wonderful Christmassy last week at school!

We enjoyed our Christmas party on Monday, playing games and eating party food. We even had a visit from Santa which was very exciting!

Then we had a lovely Christmas dinner on Wednesday. It was delicious!

We loved wrapping presents up to give to people at home and were very grateful to the PTFA for organising it for us!

Year 1 practised their sentence structure as writers this week by building Stickman sentences and writing them underneath the pictures.

As Historians, we answered our enquiry question by explaining and justifying what we think was the most significant piece of technology. We used ‘because’ to explain our answer.

As mathematicians this week, we enjoyed some winter themed maths! EYFS practised their 1:1 correspondence by counting wintery pictures and writing how many there were of each.
