Term 2- Week 7

Week 7

We have had a lovely, Christmassy last week of term.

We very much enjoyed our Christmas party on Monday. We played lots of party games, danced and ate some yummy party food!

We have been busy making cards and doing lots of Christmas colouring and art. In DT we did some weaving to make some baubles that are being sent home.

In phonics this week we have been recapping all of our new sounds that we have been busy learning this term.

In Maths, year 1 have been learning about 2d shapes and their properties. We have been discussing them and sorted them into groups according to their properties.
