Week 2

As Historians we enjoyed a local history walk around Uphill on Monday with Michael from Historic England. He helped us be Historians and look for clues to find things out. We specifically looked at the school, the churches and the houses so that we are ready to learn about how these have changed over time.

As writers we then wrote a recount of our walk using ‘and’ to extend our sentences.

As scientists we went on a walk around the school grounds to observe signs of spring.
