Week 7

What a lovely week in EYFS and Year 1. We can’t believe the term and year are nearly over!

This week as mathematicians we continue to explore time. We revisited reading an analogue clock using o’clock and then moved on to learning how we read half past.

This week was Art week! As it was ‘No Outsiders’ themed, we look at artist John Bramblitt who is an American, blind painter. We used different medium to create different textures so that our art could be enjoyed through touch.

We loved looking at the rest of the schools art during the exhibition too!

EYFS joined the Year 1s and the rest of the school at council crew this week. They showed so much courage and enjoyed joining in with some discussion and games.

As historians, we presented out knowledge about how lives have changed over time. We had some good conversations about our highlights from this terms enquiry.
