Week 5
What a lovely week! We are now feeling very festive after performing our Nativity three times. We all enjoyed it so much and are very grateful for everyone coming to watch. All of the children were superstars!
As Historians this week we looked at the invention of the tablet/iPad. We finished our timeline and discussed the word chronology again.
As writers this week we were were editing our Stickman stories to make sure we have all the correct punctuation and spelling of common exception words.
As mathematicians, we have been comparing height and length.
Reception have been singing 5 currant buns this week and have had fun using pennies to buy buns in the shop whilst singing.
We took part in Weston Hospice Care’s Elf run this year! We enjoyed running in our hats to raise money for an amazing local charity.
Reception have been enjoying making and writing Christmas cards this week!
