Dear Parent/Carer,
I would like to welcome you to Uphill Village Academy. We are very pleased that your child has been offered a place with us in September, and we look forward to a long and happy association with you and your family.
So we can understand more about your child and to support their transition into school, we would ask you to use the link below to complete our electronic form by Friday 2nd May 2025. Over the coming weeks, our EYFS team will be speaking to nurseries, pre-schools and child minders to discuss your child.

Parents are invited to join us in school on Wednesday 18th June from 6pm – 7pm for a talk from myself and to meet the team. This is an opportunity for us to share information about our school and for parents to ask questions.
We would request that children do not attend this meeting as they will have an opportunity to see the school, meet their class teacher and see their classroom in an afternoon session during week commencing 30th June. Further details of these sessions will be communicated on Tuesday 17th June.
