Please join us for Sports Day on Thursday 6th July.

Key Stage 2 (Years 3, 4, 5 & 6) will hold their Sports Day from 9.00am until 11.00am. Children in Key Stage 2 can wear their PE Kit to school. This should be either a white t-shirt or a House colour t-shirt, navy or black shorts and trainers. Please ensure your child brings their full school uniform to school, in a named plastic bag, to change into for after the event.

EYFS & Key Stage 1 (Year 1 and Year 2) will hold their Sports Day from 2.00pm until 3.00pm. Children in EYFS & Key Stage 1 should come to school wearing full school uniform and have their PE Kit in school on this day. For Sports Day children’s PE kit should be either a white t-shirt or a House colour t-shirt, navy or black shorts and trainers or daps.

If the weather is sunny, please ensure your child has sun cream applied before coming to school and has a sun hat and a water bottle with them. Unfortunately, this event is weather dependent and a decision will be made on Wednesday 5th July as to whether this will go ahead. Parents are welcome to join us to watch their child’s session and cheer them on.

Photography & Filming
May we remind parents that we do NOT allow filming or photography at Sports Day. We will endeavour to take lots of photographs and these will be uploaded to the academy Twitter account (@uphillvillage) and to the website (www.uphillvillageacademy.co.uk).
