Staggered Start & Finish Time Amendments
Dear Parents/Carers,
Firstly, I would like to express my appreciation to all our parents for the smooth morning and afternoon transitions. Following feedback from parents, we are keen to reduce the length of time it takes for children to arrive or be collected from school whilst continuing to follow Government guidelines.
Therefore, please find attached an updated staggered start and finish timetable that takes effect from Monday 14th September. This reduces the drop off and collection times to 10 minutes between classes in the mornings and 5 minutes between classes in the afternoons.
It has been necessary to swap the timings for Year 3/4 classes to accommodate swimming lessons for Voyager class. Also, to reduce congestion in the shared cloakrooms for Rainbow/Sunshine & Chandra/Sputnik we have had to adjust their drop off and collection times too.
Please read this information carefully and make a note of your child’s new drop off and collection times.
It is really important that parents are prompt in their collection and drop off to ensure there is no crossover of classes and your continued support is very appreciated in this matter.
