Breakfast Club & After School Club Booking May – July

Dear Parents/Carers,

We are really pleased that our Breakfast Club and After School Club have resumed so successfully since our return. The booking system is working well and we have managed to accommodate everyone who has requested a place. As Covid-19 restrictions begin to ease and demand starts to increase, we are hopeful we will be able to increase our capacity and reduce some of our restrictions before the end of the academic year.

However, for the foreseeable future there will be no change to the arrangements that are currently in operation at either club. To remind parents;

Breakfast Club

• will be available each morning from 7.30am and children must arrive no later than 8.00am
• has a maximum number of 20 places per day
• will be split into two groups, KS1 and KS2, to minimise mixing and will operate in the hall

After School Club

• has been split into KS1 (Years R, 1 & 2) and KS2 (Years 3, 4, 5 & 6), there is a maximum of 15 places per day for each group.
• will operate from 2.55pm until 6.00pm.
• there are four collection times, 4pm, 5pm, 5.30pm and 6pm. The children will be brought to the front gate by a member of staff at your chosen time. Prompt collection at these times is necessary. There are no other times available and unfortunately we cannot accommodate different pick up times on different days.

Within both clubs, the same COVID-19 protective measures that are in place during the school day will continue within the club.

Please find attached a table showing the dates we are planning to open the booking system www.uphill.schoolcloud.co.uk for May – July bookings. This also shows the dates we will add charges to ParentPay www.parentpay.co.uk and the date payments must be made by.

If there is an outstanding debt on your child’s ParentPay account for either club we will not be able to accept any bookings until the debt is settled.

Any requests for additional bookings will be subject to availability and we require a minimum of 7 days’ notice to cancel any booking without charge.
