After-School Club Collections
Dear Parents and Carers,
We would like to remind parents that we offer four fixed collection times: 4pm, 5pm, 5,30pm and 6pm, and children cannot be collected at any other time. Please can we also remind parents that After-School closes at 5pm on a Friday.
Staff are familiar with most children’s collection times, however, we are asking all parents to re-confirm their regular collection time using the following link:

We have reviewed our collection procedures to ensure these are as robust as possible and, with immediate effect, all children will be dismissed to their parent from the door. Children will not be permitted to leave the building without a parent and staff are not able to escort children out to the gate. Please enter the front playground and wait near the blue door (next to Rainbow Class) for children to be dismissed.
Please collect promptly. Staff will be at the door for approx. 5 minutes at each collection time. If you miss your collection time by a few minutes, please press the buzzer next to the blue door to speak to a member of staff. If it is approaching the next collection time, staff may ask you to wait until the next collection. Please note, that during the early evening and in the summer months, the club may be outside and unable to respond to the buzzer and you will need to wait for the next scheduled collection time.
For any changes to collection times or notifications on the day, e.g. late pick up, please email afterschoolclub@uva.clf.uk as early as possible.
