Autumn Parents Evening
Dear Parents/Carers,
We are delighted to be holding Parent Evenings for all classes on Wednesday 14th & Thursday 15th October 2026 from 3:30pm- 7pm.
All appointments will be face-to-face and held in:
EYFS/Year 1 Sunshine Classroom
Year 2 Jupiter/Pluto Classroom
KS2 (Years 3-6) School Hall
Please enter & exit the building through the blue door next to Rainbow Classroom.
Booking your Parents Evening Appointment
All appointments will need to be booked through MyChildAtSchool (MCAS). Instructions on how to book are attached to this letter. The booking system will open tomorrow, Friday 9th October at 6:00pm and close at 12 noon on the day before each parent’s evening.
Can we politely ask that all attendees arrive on time. Please remember, this is a short meeting to see how your child is progressing; each appointment is for 10 minutes and for up to 2 adults. Can we politely ask that all attendees arrive on time.
Please note that one appointment will be available per child. If your family circumstances mean that you are unable to attend a single appointment together, please contact the school office and we will do our best to make alternative arrangements.
Please be aware we will have After School Club in operation, so if you are bringing your child, they must remain with you at all times; they are unfortunately not able to play in the outside areas.
