Year 5/6 Primary 7-a-side Football Finals – Monday 20^th October 2025

Dear Parents/Carers,

We are delighted to be able to invite your child to attend the above sporting event. The event will take place on the outdoor pitches at Weston College, Loxton Road Campus, and will be held during the school day.

We will be leaving school around 9:00am and will return to school by 1:00pm and will be walking to and from the event.

Children can wear their PE kit and trainers to school. PE kit should consist of black or navy shorts and a white T-shirt (no logos). As this is an outdoor event, we would request children also wear black or navy joggers and a black or navy, plain (no logo) hoodie or sweatshirt. They can alternatively wear their royal blue, logo sweatshirt. All children will require a coat.

Due to the timings of the event, all children will require a packed lunch which they will eat on their return to school.

Please confirm you give permission for your child to attend this event via your child’s MCAS account and giving permission by Tuesday 14^th October 2025.

There is no charge for this event.
