Breakfast Club & After School Club Arrangements

Dear Parents/Carers,

We are delighted to inform parents that we are in a position to be able to reopen both our Breakfast Club and After School Club from Monday 8^th March.

Breakfast Club will be available each morning from 7.30am and children must arrive no later than 8.00am. The After School Club will operate from 2.55pm until 6.00pm. Fees remain unchanged at £2.50 per session for Breakfast Club and £8.50 per session for After School Club.

The booking system will open for bookings on Monday 1^st March at 10am and will close on Wednesday 3^rd March at 4pm. Please book via www.uphill.schoolcloud.co.uk

Breakfast club has a maximum number of 20 places per day. After School Club bookings have been split into KS1 (Years R, 1 & 2) and KS2 (Years 3, 4, 5 & 6), there is a maximum of 15 places per day for each group.

To remind parents;

• For After School Club there are four collection times, 4pm, 5pm, 5.30pm and 6pm. The children will be brought to the front gate by a member of staff at your chosen time. Prompt collection at these times is necessary. There are no other times available and unfortunately we cannot accommodate different pick up times on different days.
• Within both clubs, the children will be split into two groups, KS1 and KS2, to minimise mixing.
• The same COVID-19 protective measures that are in place during the school day will continue within the club.

We will endeavour to keep the mixing of children to a minimum and we would ask you to do the same by reducing the number of contacts your child encounters outside of school.

Please find attached a table showing the dates we are planning to open the Parent Evening System for March & April bookings. This also the dates we will add charges to ParentPay www.parentpay.co.uk and the date payments must be made by.

If there is an outstanding debt on your child’s ParentPay account for either club we will not be able to accept any bookings until the debt is settled. We will be sending text messages to parents with a debt over the next few days, please ensure this is settled promptly. If you are experiencing financial difficulties during this time, please speak in confidence to a member of the office team for further advice.

Any requests for additional bookings will be subject to availability and we require a minimum of 7 days’ notice to cancel any booking without charge.
