Booking & Payment Timetable

Dear Parents/Carers,

We are really pleased that many of our parents have found the new booking system for After School Club & Breakfast Club easy to access and they have completed their bookings without any issues.

Please remember if you have an amendment to your booking please email:

Any requests for additional bookings will be subject to availability and we require a minimum of 7 days’ notice to cancel a booking without charge.

We have had to make some changes to the operating arrangements for our clubs. To remind parents;

  • For After School Club there are three collection times, 4pm, 5pm and 6pm. The children will be brought to the front gate by a member of staff at your chosen time. Prompt collection at these times is necessary. There are no other times available and unfortunately we cannot accommodate different pick up times on different days.
  • For Breakfast Club children must arrive by 8.00am at the latest.
  • The children are split into two groups, KS1 and KS2, to minimise mixing.
  • The same enhanced cleaning procedures that are in place in the school day will continue within the club.

We would ask parents to be mindful of the number of clubs their children will be attending outside of school. We will endeavour to keep the mixing of children to a minimum and we would ask you to do the same by reducing the number of contacts your child encounters.

Please find attached a table showing the dates we are planning to open the Parent Evening System for subsequent bookings www.uphill.schoolcloud.co.uk It also gives the dates we will add cahrges to ParentPay www.parentpay.co.uk and the dates payments must be made by.

We will charge parents for the dates their child has attended during the previous month i.e. we will expect payment for September (14th -30th) to be made at the beginning of October. Failure to make payments will mean your future bookings may be cancelled and you will not be able to make any further bookings until full payment is received. You can add credit to your ParentPay account at any time during the month if you wish.

Parents that already pay, or wish to pay, by childcare vouchers can continue to do so. These must be drawn in a timely manner to clear your previous months balance.

The clubs are very popular and places are booking quickly. If a date you require is full, your child will be added to a waiting list and we will contact you directly if a place becomes available.
