Clubs Booking – Term 1 & 2

Dear Parents/Carers,

We are delighted to be able to offer extra-curricular clubs over the forthcoming terms.

Club bookings will be open from Friday 15^th September at 6pm and will close on Monday 18^th September at 9.00am.  Please log on to https://uphill.schoolcloud.co.uk/ to book your child’s place.

Children will be allocated on a first come, first served basis. Clubs have a maximum number of spaces and are open to specific year groups. Please find details in the table below/attached.

Please read the following information regarding how our clubs work:

• Clubs start on the weeks shown in the table, some don’t start until term 2, after half term. Please check carefully.
• Clubs are not open to those children in EYFS.
• Choir takes place at lunchtime all other clubs are after school.
• Outdoor clubs are subject to cancellation in bad weather.
• The last week of clubs is week commencing 4^th December, there are no clubs w/c 11^th
• There are no extra-curricular clubs on Wednesday 11^th & Thursday 12^th October due to Parents Evenings taking place. Children should be collected at the usual time of 3.15pm.
• We offer a waiting list for all our clubs and endeavour to allocate available spaces as quickly as possible.
