Extra Curricular Clubs 2025 – Terms 4,5 & 6
Dear Parents/Carers,

We are delighted to be able to offer extra-curricular clubs over the forthcoming terms throughout the academic year.

We are able to offer a range of after-school and lunchtime activities. These will be provided free-of-charge and are a great way to extend learning opportunities beyond the school day and enrich the opportunities for children to deepen their learning and achievement.

Our clubs proved very successful during Terms 2 and 3 and we are pleased to be able to continue to offer them throughout Terms 4,5 & 6. Clubs have a maximum number of spaces and are open to specific year groups, full details are provided on the table overleaf. Unfortunately, our extra-curricular clubs are not open to children in EYFS or Year 1.

We will endeavour to ensure all clubs run as planned but they may be subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances. Outdoor clubs are subject to cancellation in the event of bad weather.

We are opening bookings for clubs running in terms 4, 5 & 6 on Monday 27th January at 6pm. Bookings can be made using https://uphill.schoolcloud.co.uk Places will be allocated on a first come, first served basis and we will notify parents via text if your child has been successful in gaining a place. Should your child miss out on a club they wish to participate in, we do offer a waiting list system, which they can join and you will be contacted should a space become available.
