EYFS/KS1 Christmas Lunch – Thursday 10th December 2020

Dear Parents/Carers,
Christmas lunch for EYFS and KS1 will take place on Thursday 10th December. I am pleased to confirm that once again the Christmas lunch will be free of charge for all children throughout the school.
All children in EYFS, Year 1 and Year 2 qualify for Universal Infant Free School Meals, therefore we are booking every child in these year groups for a Christmas lunch. Christmas menus are attached to this letter.
If your child does NOT want this meal please email the school office [email protected] with your child’s name and class, indicating you do not want your child to have the Christmas lunch by Wednesday 2nd December. Children not having a Christmas lunch will need to bring a packed lunch instead.
On Friday 11th December, Key Stage 2 children will be having their Christmas lunch and there will be NO hot meals available for EYFS and KS1. Therefore, all these children will need to bring a packed lunch. If your child requires a packed lunch provided by the school this will need to be booked in advance. Please book via ParentPay (www.parentpay.com) by Wednesday 2nd December at the latest.
